Congratulations to both of you. My advice to all new proud papas is to encourage breast feeding far as long as possible. The benefits are worth it.

Naah, this is the fun part!! It's all about the poo - right now Eric is learning the wonders of "the poos of a thousand wipes!" I can't wait to hear the stories!!
Kids rule, and I know Eric will be a great dad.
You guys forgot the real beginning. Now he is adjusting to the new sleeping schedule - no longer then 2 hours at a time followed by screaming and feeding. I remember very well my first trip to the nearest open store at 2 am to get baby formula. The poo 'fun' is gonna come a bit latter.
Congrats, Sockmonkey! Happy parenting!

SWEET! Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Monkey! You're in Hawaii, how fortunate. Last Month, during the snowstorm Mariette wanted to buy CJ a Patagonia down onesie for about $90. It hasn't snowed since, and I'm pretty sure he'd have outgrown it by now.

Fellow Dive Nerds,
I'm not only upright but I'm awake too... something that hasn't really happened often since baby Max was born.
Thank you for all the kind words of congratulations. Baby, Mom and the dog are all doing well.
It's been 2 months since I've been diving. I'm starting to go a little crazy from lack of N2 my system.
Thanks again and I'll be back on NWDC once I start diving again.
Aloha nui loa,

I should make new drink that's N2 in a can. It will sell like hotcakes in the Midwest!
