I can also carpool or ride with someone ... preferably carpool since I'll be bringing a lot of stuff down (canopy, grill, etc) ... I live in Federal Way.
What some of us can do is unload our cars and put them in the overflow up the hill ... those who do should get dibs on the bench for setting up ...

I'll be there. I live right at about an hour from Sund Rock, and seeing as how there is expected to be a crowd I'll be leaving early. If any one wants to carpool, I'd be willing to drive. If anyone from the other side of the water, especially north-enders, or even folks from Oregon want to crash at my house the night before I have a spare bedroom they could crash in and ride with me in the morning.

Kelly, I'm ready to start booking rooms next weekend 2/12. E-mail me for info, I don't want to turn this thread into a promotion...but I'm pretty excited to be able to offer rooms in this house at an affordable rate.
Hello everyone! I am fresh out of open water class. The club meet sounds like a good place to find some avid dive buddies, which I am in desperate need of. What do I need to do to join the club? I want to learn and improve my diving skills as much possible.

Anyone up for some dives this weekend?
Welcome!
Last I heard, the payment for membership was a 5th of Crown Royal and 10 lashes.
Anyways, where are you located/where do you want to dive?
(check the 'dive planning' and 'find a buddy' sections too)

Dude! You just did!
Your next "best step" would be to post in the "introductions" forum. Tell folks a little bit about yourself...where you live...where you'd like to dive...how far you're willing to travel...days that you are available...etc.
There are a LOT of people here looking for dive buddies, many of whom thoroughly enjoy meeting brand new divers that they can help develop.
Welcome to the board!
