Great news! Is this as a result at all of the success at Saltwater State Park?
partially...one of the concerns is that many of the local dive areas are not legally protected as a dive site. The state could come in and make changes as needs arise. With the proposed plan at Redondo, the site would be protected as an official dive site. Redondo should be better than Saltwater using what was learned there to make improvements. One improvement so far was having public input at 3 different meetings to gather opinions on what the site should or should not look like in the end.wetb4Igetinthewater wrote:Great news!
