Hello INDUS_SKIPPER and Welcom to the club!
Have you posted on the Oregon Section of this board yet? http://www.nwdiveclub.com/viewforum.php?f=20 Trust me, everyone I know, who Scuba Dives, understands when "Life" gets in the way of diving. It just happens that way, Family,Work,School, Prison the list is huge! We all need to keep our scuba addiction in check for "Lifes" responsibilities. That being said, You should come up North and Dive Hood Canal or the Puget Sound some time. There is a plethera of shore dives and some great boat charters as well. Just jump in the car, drive up, and see who and when, someone from this forum, can dive with you. And if that happens to be on a Thursday...Call me and I'll give you the "nickle tour" at a South end dive site. Redondo, Three Tree or Les Davis Pier. Hey, a few of us, might even be able to meet with you at "Sund Rock" in Hood Canal for a few dives!
Keith

Re: hellow, need dive buddy PORTLAND OREGON
Welcome Brian,
Brian is a little bit computer shy and it has taken me forever to get him to post on here so please be cool. I have known Brian since the days when we both lived on sailboats in the same marina which sometimes seem like a life time ago. Brian is NAUI OW certified and has been diving for about a year. I have been his primary dive buddy and I can not dive at the moment for health reasons. Brian has dove the Three Graces in Tillamook, Hood Canal, Norranders, Redondo, Saltwater, Zs Reef, and TTN. I am sure there are other places I am forgetting. Brian is planning to skip AOW and take rescue this winter. Brian would like to carpool with dive buddies from the Portland area to dive Puget Sound or the Oregon Coast. I have known Brian since the days when we both lived on sailboats in the same marina which sometimes seems like a life time ago.

Oh yeah, I will call him and explain where the caps lock is and tell him to turn it off.

Hi Brian,
Welcome to NWDC! It's been a while since we dove together - Give me a call anytime you'd like to meet up in the Seattle area.

While it's generally acknowledged that wetsuit divers are a shade or two crazier than the rest of us, we're all special idiots for voluntarily diving in dark, cold, water! - scottsax

Hello Brian. Welcome to the club. Feel free to PM or post up when and where you'd like to go. I go up to the sound quite often and out to the coast in the summer. I also jump in some of the local lakes when necessary.
