Well, I have been lurking for a while, so I thought I would introduce myselft and join.

I was certidied last June, along with the majority of my family by Amy @ A2Z. We have gotten the bug and are in the water as much as possible. You can see my dive buddy on the Avatar. It is my youngest son, but both of my boys and I are in the water as much as we can. I look forward to meeting you all around the sound and hopefully I can meet some new dive buddies. The boys are growing up fast so they will both be out of the house with in the next few years, so I need to find others to dive with.

Welcome to the club!

You will find some great folks here with different levels of training. But the best thing is that we all love to dive and so far have been a good resource to meet folks.. Hope to see you in the water soon.. :wav:

Welcome.

There are a lot of the regular posters, who would normally have already said "Hi!", who are participating in the Club dive on Hood Canal. I am sure that you will get a more appropriate and enthusiastic welcome once they all return.

So, for now, enjoy the fairly slow weekend and be ready for the barrage of posts about the great weekend that they all had on Hood Canal.

Hey Wilky and jackieg

Alow me to say welcome to pur P.O.D you are going to love it here
Im Sparky from down Oregon coast way in the Astoria area
there is a couple dive sites around here but mostly I dive the hood Canal and the Sound so well meet up sooner or later

You are in for such a treat if you cant find a dive buddy here you amy want to try turnning your monator on cause these are some diveaholics

I know this cause I am just comeing in from one of our suport group meetings ( hood Canal Dive Weekend) it was a grate sucess in fact we made some real progress in brakeing the scuba habit

that is right up to the point some one gave me the OK sign
followed by the Go Down sign .

Oh well if at first you dont suceed try and try again

Then forget about it. no sence in makeing a clown out of your self
over it right?

One thing I noticed is the thoughtfulness and consideration given especially from established members as I'm a nooby as well. The jury is still out on Calvin, however...
