Yes they are! I don't even go to Seafair anymore. I just hang out at the boat launch after the races.

I hate it when I am the free entertainment lol, althought I love to laugh at others when they provide it.
Remember to remove the straps at the back of the boat before launching the boat lol, done that one a few times.

Not much the driver could do after backing a 2wd with city tires that far into the water.
