I love Redondo ... lately it's been a treasure. Was out there on Monday evening and found this little fellow ...

Image

Vis was the best I've seen in a while ... 20-25 feet at the beginning of the dive, and a little worse than that after the seal showed up ...

Fantastic Bob! Your ability to get SO close to the various critters without spooking them is truly a gift!

What? Are you trying to say that we blunder along scaring everything in sight?!? #-o ](*,) :axe: Oh well, we're getting better.... :bounce:

GREAT PIC Bob! I think this was the same little guy Keith and I found last week, (I think I recognize him :-) )although your pic is MUCH clearer! (I NEED that 10mp Casio Calvin's been talking about!)

great shot, Bob! Are you still shooting with your Oly, and if so, are you shooting in the underwater "scene" mode?

Sounder and I dove Redondo today with an OW student. Jody did great and some of the best vis of the winter. The Ling Cod was at the Bug, but no eggs.

That brings up an interesting thing I have been wondering (but have been too lazy to look up)
Aren't cuddlefish a southpacific specific 'fish'?
(say that 5 times fast!)
