Fort Lewis dive buddy

Post by Wagon173 »

I'm looking for dive buddys anywhere really but I'd like to find some relatively close to fort lewis. I'm a master diver 85 logged dives and at least that many unlogged. Most of them are deep but I like shallow diving too. I'm new to diving in the northwest so I would really appreciate it if I could get some divers regardless of certifying agency or amount of dives to show me the ropes, provided you atleast have enough to avoid a blind leading the blind situation.

If you head down to Tacoma Scuba they have shop dives on wed and fri nights and there is always someone to show you around the tacoma area dive sites..

I think Fort Lewis Scuba on North Fort does shop dives.

They haven't for over a year if I remember correctly, not enough people would show up so they stopped.

I'm down for some dives. I live very near Steilicoom and Les Davis dive sites.
Eventually I would like to do some dives in Hood Canal.
Available most days after 2:PM and weekends.

I'm very new to diving, just got a set of gear put together.
