Technical Problem Again

Earlier this evening I attempted to exchange PMs. Here is what happened using my Blackberry.

-Signed on to NWDC
-Went to User Control Panel to read the PM
-Read the PM
-Clicked on "Reply" and composed a reply to the PM.
-Clicked on "Submit" That is where the problem cropped up.
Instead of accepting the PM I was sent to the screen telling me I had to sign in to use the User Control Panel. I logged in Again. I was told I was logged in. But, when I clicked on the User Control link I again was told I had to log in to use it. This became an endless loop.

Not a new problem. This has happened periodically in the past.

I can log into the NWDC Index Page, read and post. The problem only happens when attempting to use the User Control panel.

Happens to me all the time, but its because of my work machine. (not on any of my non work machines)

I have found if I select keep me online AND stay hidden, it works. You might try that.

"keep me online"? I see the Keep Hidden but the other choice I see is to sign on automatically each time. Is that what you mean?

Sounds like a Blackberry problem, which I have no experience with. Have you tried asking about it on the support forum at phpbb.com?

Nope, I came here first because I don't have the problem with any other board. Since I'm in an inquisitive mood I may very well check there.

Followed suggestion. Lots of info there. Mainly for administrators of boards, y'all. There was some info on problems keeping mobiles signed in but little specific to Blackberries. So, I scanned the site and then did a search on "Blackberry". Nothing specific to this problem.

But, apparently mobiles have difficulties keeping signed in to the full board but not the simplified site. Is there a simplified NWDC site?

I'm a bit confused on what command will keep me signed on vs. a sign in automatically each time?

There isn't a mobile specific layout for the forum, unfortunately. Many of us are using Tapatalk for that. Have you tried it?

Automatically log you in. there is no keep me logged in, unless you leave the browser up all the time.

Thanks for correcting your earlier info. I was having trouble with intent reading over the 1600 miles separating us.
