A beautiful Sunday at Mukilteo

Post by Mateo1147 »

I took a fun dive this past Sunday just to unwind and relax. I feel like I was the first to hear Dwashburns dive review as he was exiting the water as I was entering. Most of my video is stuff that has all been seen a time or ten but at three minutes there is some footage of an anemone spawning as far as I can tell. It almost warrants a disclaimer on the video cautioning about strong sexual content!
Enjoy!

Nice vid Mateo. Did you use your GoPro with H2ODoc's lights?
When was the last time you did something for the first time?

Nice video. I have never seen video or pictures of the boat. It was always too deep for me. Thanks for showing it off. Maybe you will get more hits on youtube if you change your title to Mukilteo skiff, or boat.

Very Nice Video ! Which Go Pro you using? Lens ? and how are you mounting it? Have to say, one of the best clarity GoPro video's I've seen at that depth so far. The lighting is awesome !! and great job of stability !

Thanks for sharing. :)

Cool video Matt, the Troll, the Boat, the Man, the Satellite Dish, and the Geodome. This is the first video I've seen of all that.

I agree that a name change on the video will get you quite a few more hits.

Were you soloing last Sunday?

I am using the Eye of Mine flat lens housing and the Gopro Hero HD that I got last October just before the Hero 2 came out. I have been shooting in full 1080HD and am really happy with the video quality now that I have good lighting. The lighting is all H2Odoctor. I looked around at a lot of different makes of lights and couldn't beat the rig he built for the price he charged. Two heads putting out 2000 lumens each! :taco: :taco:
I have to give credit to Youtube for the stability of my video. I have been working hard on moving slowly and not shaking or bouncing the rig around but their new image stabilization option really does work great.

@ Jeremy: At this time I would like to plead the fifth and reserve my right not to incriminate myself. :smt064

Question for you MUK heads....

Are the two row boats still out there somewhere? There was a blue one to the left of the dome, and a white one at the point of the NOAA pier. Have they gone down hill to the trough?
