Re: Go Pro Blurry Spot
Did you check the inner and out lens for smudges?
Try filming without the eye of mine, and see if the blur is still there..

Yes and cleaned them.
Re: Go Pro Blurry Spot
Is the video clear without the eye of mine lens on it?

Re: Go Pro Blurry Spot
Soak the lens in soap and water, wash it off and dry it. If the blur exists, you have a flaw in the lens. Focal, or abrasive more than likely.

This is a new issue that has come up for us. It only happens with the Hero2 and only at depths greater than 40 feet. It is caused by the housing compressing under pressure and the flat lens touching the camera lens.
We have a very simple fix. By putting a 1/16" (1.6mm) thick plastic spacer around the lens before putting into the housing, it puts the camera lens far enough way from the flat lens to avoid this center focus issue up to 200 feet. We can send you this spacer or you can make one on your own. The lens hole is 3/4" (20mm).

Rofl!!! That's what I thought would happen with those, which is why I picked up the blurfix with the glass lens.
