Northwest Dive Club

Late last winter there was a CLUB DIVE at Mukilteo and we had a blast....let's do it again Saturday, Feb 23, 2013!!

8:00AM T-Dock dive...see the geodome, the man, the boat, whatever fits your ability.

11:00AM Mukilteo Clay Walls...see the clay walls, gunnels, etc!

Rumor has it Calvin is working on a new run of NWDC t-shirts! And as before...chicken soup, award winning chili and more will be on hand. Buddies can and will be arranged. Anyone willing to be a big buddy, please let me know.

its far ahead of my usual dive planning (like week to week) ,but the last one was fun!

Scooter Crack may be involved in this one though.

Would anyone be diving in the afternoon or are the tides prohibitive? I'm tied up in the morning but would love to make it out later...

50:50 I may or may not be on vacation during that time. If I'm in town I'll possibly come.

Last time was an all day dive event. 3 or 4 dives, I dont recall now.

Uhhh...is this a flashback, or did this thread exist a few days ago, only longer? I thought I had posted in it, but...I did drink quite a bit of a nice 16 yr single malt scotch that night, maybe that was it?

Seeing as i live about 5 minutes away, I hope i'll be there! of course that all depends as I'll have a 2 month old and have NO idea if I'll even have the bandwidth to dive

Currents at the T-dock are pretty much a non issue. It's almost always diveable.

I should be there for both dives.

I'll try to make this club dive, though its a long dive from Portland!

The only dive that has to make a current window is the clay walls. Like NW Brewer said, the T dock is almost never blown out by current. Just to refresh your memory Jeff, you and I did indeed make four dives last year. And the last one was awesome! You lost your night diving virginity and we both got scolded for lighting up the Silver Cloud. How could you have forgotten!

You forgot about going into deco too.

You have to do the drop down the line! Nothing better than the express elevator to 120 fsw!
