Just curious if anyone has dove at the Port of Everett (Boeing) dock that is just North of the oil dock in Mukilteo?
We have gone by it may times in the boat after diving at the oil dock.
It has no trespassing signs on it but I am not sure if that applies to underwater activities. There are no other signs on the dock warning people to stay away.

Just a wild ass guess that since it's part of a port facility the coast guard could detain you until they figured out what you were doing around the structure. As an electrician I have to have a TWIC card that includes a background check to work at any port facility or oil refinery.........
