Helping a local ROV competition

Interesting and fun experiment Saturday.

Ingredients:
Divers (GUE Seattle, Bubbles and Suds, Marker Buoys, Federal Way Mudsharks, and one King 5 weatherman)
Amazing kids!
Inspiring teachers

Throw together and mix well! The ROV's ranged from $250 to $15,000. And the kids took the competition pretty seriously. More than a few tears and cheers happened. All in all a great experience!!

Here is a video of the day....if nothing else it's evidence Jeff Renner is a diver. :)

I think we have some future divers! Some of the kids were more interested in diving than the competition!

very cool - looks like fun. what a cool project to get to work on in high school!
