Looks like dan volker from the west palm beach area. That guy can swim! Reminds me of the time me and pensacola diver went on a dive boat north of west palm and saw 5+ sharks. One of the guys cut open his fresh speared fish and the sharks wasted no time consuming that fish. Was both scary and fascinating.
