For those that are interested the 24th, 25th and 26th are as good as it gets for point Hudson.

We are going to take advantage of this at Keystone?

Do you know if the breakwater is still in disrepair?

Yes but it will have no effect on diving. The damage is on the marina side and no one goes there anyway

Timing might be a bit different there. I would check with Jan

I meant to put an exclamation point not a question mark. Keystone has similar good tides and we plan to dive there the 23rd and 24th and then be on a charter in the San Juans the 25th. It is unfortunate that I spend more time on NWDC than diving but I don't find much joy in the lakes over on the dry side. This nasty thing of making a living gets in the way of spending more time in salt water.

Me! Me! I'll be diving those days.

Also available this week for spontaneous diving... Like, slack tomorrow (Wednesday) is at 4pm. Probably too much of an exchange for diving Point Hudson but bottle hunting somewhere more in town (away from the point) should be doable. Would also be up for diving Ediz Hook in Port Angeles this week.

A last hurrah in the PNW before I have to head back to Colora-dry-o...

Not unless someone is looking to get one I which I'll have to get off my lazy butt and make one up but I will have repair parts available.

Kim and I are planning on diving Fri-Sun. Let's make it a dive party!

He doesn't know it yet but I may be pushing to do two dives each day. The currents look great. : )

Lots of haze in the water yesterday, viz was <10' and didn't really clear up at depth.

Happy Saturday everyone!

woo-hoo!

We're headed over to Fort Flagler this morning (splash <12pm) to see if the vis is better. I'm still game for an afternoon dive at Port Hudson.

Just finished our first dive. It was amazing!! 79 min & 54 feet. Saw a moss head war bonnet & 3 wolfies!! Lots of fish! No Dusty sightings? Let us know when you are coming? :)

Flagler fishing reef was <10' viz. A lot of time trying to control the bubble in the new dry suit, so it was a very tiring dive for me. Thanks for the help and being babysitter Glenn!

Did find half of an old porcelain wash basin and a piece of a hand painted China plate; that was pretty cool.

My pleasure. Good diving Tim -- you are now a drysuit diver! We'll get your weight and trim dialed in a bit better.

ScubaJess, where did you see the wolfies??

They were all over, juvies in the rock piles and one in the pilings :)
