My bad, in my ignorance I assumed that reference is unambiguous. We were considering to go to Mukilteo tomorrow. A concern was raised about runoff.

We dove there yesterday, there was some shimmer from the runoff until 10 feet. Otherwise via was decent. It was cold for sure getting in but fine once you start decending.

The clay walls at Mukilteo light house park are current sensitive and wind can generate a strong surface current above the top of the sand slope. Hope this helps.
