alki Sea spiders

I did a dive with yellow eye and scuba jess to see and visit the spiders .. they are truly weird and fascinating at the same time, really creepy how a spider can live underwater ? i dont get it at all .. But once yellow eye pointed them out , and i knew what to look for , i started seeing them from place to place. it seems they like to be on the patches of mossy stuff , the depths are from 50 to 65 feet .... it was a great time and a good dive with both of you guys

I've never seen a sea spider video before. Now I want to go back!

the Nudibranchs eat the sea pens for food, so what you are seeing in the picture is stub or end of the sea pen with the slug on top of it ...
if you want to see them chowing down on sea pens , watch this video with me and Jan...
