My cold-water gear needs a new home... BC, Drysuit, 2xHP100

For a variety of health-related reasons, my shoulders (and associated nerves) just can't take the weight of all the cold-water gear needed to dive up here anymore. So, time to clean out the garage and pass some things to somebody who can use 'em. Not everything's going, since I can still do warm-water with lighter gear, and I want to try some snorkeling/freediving here too. And of course cyberdiving...

So, I'm putting up the following items:

-- Bare D6 neoprene drysuit, size XL. At 5' 10" 200lbs fit fine. Latex gaskets, neoprene socks, pockets, dry-gloves & rings, and the Bare carrying bag with an extra inflator hose. Suit has 24 dives on it since Oct 2011. Asking $650 $600 ($1100 new)

(also on craigslist at https://seattle.craigslist.org/tac/spo/ ... 93412.html)

-- Deep Outdoors D2 "Dual Inflation System" BC - vest/jacket style unit with back bladder and valved front bladders that can be inflated when resting at the surface. I got this from ScubieDoo who took good care of it, so did I. Asking $150 == SOLD ==

-- Two Worthington steel HP100 tanks. Both are within hydro (4 B5/03 15) but need viz inspection (once emptied, both are full up). Mfg dates Jan 2008, May 2010. Asking $200 each, or $350 for the pair. And yes, refundable if they fail inspection. The two tanks on the left are the ones listed, the one on the right is going to my brother. == SOLD ==

New member Eddie A memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=6578 already PM'd me, so if these prices are within his budget he gets first call.

Hi Rox! Sorry to hear you’re getting out of the sport. :(

I’d be happy to take your Worthington 100’s. Let’s arrange a meet up!

Tanks pending sold (to Jeremy). Eddie passing for now, so suit/BC available for anyone else.

Jim,

Thank you for the info. I haven't seen 200 lbs since I left the hospital a few weeks after birth back in '52. The drysuit that you have for sale most certainly would not fit me, but I appreciate the info that you provided.

Gary

<GRIN> I know that feeling, Gary! It's a fulltime effort to stay near that size...
