Hey neighbor, be sure to holler if you need anything or just want some company.

Rich: I am so relieved to hear from you. Take heart. Yesterday I went to the gym and worked out with a friend who had the same surgery over twenty years ago. He's 88 years old and does a full circuit with the weights then walks a mile and a half. Hang in there.

Hugs Are pretty much off the table for a while! But it's the thought that counts

Underwater??? Maybe. The Doctor says there is no reason I can't after I have fully recovered and the prospect is thrilling but financially???? I sold my brand new USIAA drysuit and my backplate and wing to prevent my back sliding so that is a major obstacle to getting back in the water. Having spent the whole last year caring for my wife who had cancer and then fell and broke her hip and ad to have it replaced, and now this, funds are very scarce. I guess I could always start a go fund me???? Anyway we will get to that later. The goal right now is to get back to that point. Then we will see where it goes from there.
Thanks for all the kind words and encouragement. It really helps to have a bunch of great people like you to cheer me on!
