Si tech pull over glove system

Trying to mount the permanent rings to my Bare D6 crushed neoprene drysuit. Had the LDS natal them and they leak like crazy whether I am wearing dry gloves or not. Anyone have suggestions for installing? Thinking about trimming my drysuit so I can glue to the outside of the ring. The LDS glued the suit originally on the inside of the ring which squished the neoprene between the inner and outer ring. I originally went this direction for the quick change out of the wrist seals and pull over dry gloves. Is this the wrong system for my neoprene dry suit?

I have the same type rings (also known as Viking rings) installed on my DUI trilam drysuit. In my case, I installed the rings directly on the latex wrist seals rather on the drysuit itself. I've had zero issues with the pullover gloves leaking in my case.

Yeah I am thinking the way you are using the system may be the better way to go. I originally wanted the rings glued in so I could easily and quickly change out wrist seals on trips. It is starting to look like the glued in ring is more of a pain in the ass then worth it on my neoprene suit.

I am able to remove the rings from the DUI silicon zip seals in about 30 seconds and reinstall them in about a minute since they are held by friction fit, so if I have to replace seals in the wild, I can still use the rings.
