Looking for old instructor Name

I was certified in NAUI Open Water I at Watersports II, 927 Circle Road, Corvallis, OR, 97330, 503-757-885 back in 1992ish. This was the sister shop to the Watersports out by the jetty in Newport. I'm looking for who would have been the main instructor or owner at that time.
