Inupiaq Diver

Hi!!!
I'm Inupiaq (Alaska Native, Inuk), and really enjoy diving. My family is from Western Alaska, coming from Elim & Unalakleet.
I went to college for Biology at North Park University in Chicago, Ill. I had the awesome opportunity to travel to San Salvador Bahamas for a Marine Biology class in 2017 in which I got OW certified at Got Air Scuba in Elk Grove, Ill. We did our certification dives in Kankakee at a quarry.
I've had the pleasure of diving in Bali in 2017, and Maui a couple of times (2019 & 2021).
I just finished University of Alaska Southeast's Scientific Diving Program in Sitka. We received our Advanced Open Water, Dry Suit Diving, Rescue Diver, First Aid for Diving Professionals, Alaska Boat Handler's License, Cold Water Survival, Outboard Motor Maintenance & Troubleshooting, and AAUS scientific diving experience, as well. I still need two more dives to receive my AAUS cert.
I'm excited to dive more and explore more cold water diving!
