Northwest Dive Club

I have a friend that I knew from a non-diving group that is an instructor. May 20th I am going to try side mount with him. I know to get good like anything you need to try it multiple times. I am hoping I will get a good idea if I want to continue with side mount and if so after we get back from our trip I will order my BCD and some other gear. That way when I do the classes with my friend we can work on my gear and get my squared away. I should have a better understanding of what changes to make if need be and how it will affect me.

I have been reading Andy Davis's website and will probably buy his book. I have also been watching Steve Martin's Youtube. Both have a lot of great information.
