The first is a Stiletto Shrimp. They're either Green or Red. You can tell them from the side by the blue spots all over their bodies. From the top it's easy to tell them by a beige stripe that goes from the tip of their rostrum to around back behind their eyes.

First is Heptacarpus stylus (as already noted), second Heptacarpus brevirostris, and the last Crangon nigricauda.
