New to forum from Vancouver, WA

Hi all,

I'm posting for the first time, but have been looking at your forum for awhile. I've been certified and diving for a long time, and am one of Janna Nichols REEF divers (I have a particular fondness for nudibranchs....!).

I usually dive with people from Steves Scuba in Milwaukie, OR, but our dive club is kind of dwindling (can't understand why people drop out of diving....!) so am looking for new folks to dive with.

I've gotten a chance to dive in some pretty amazing places over the years.....the most memorable was diving with whale sharks in the Galapagos in Nov. 2006. That was pretty over the top in terms of peak life experiences! I've also dived Canada a few times and think that it has some of the best diving in the world-warm or cold-and hope to get back up there soon.

Anyway, just wanted to say hi and happy diving!

Welcome to the board. This is the best place! I live in Portland and head up to the Sound usually about once a week. My days off vary so depending on the week I may be going up on a weekday or a weekend. Let me know next time you want to go up to dive and perhaps we can work something out.
P.S. I'm a REEF Level 5 and do surveys on all my dives.
