If need floatation for strobe arms, found cheap floats

Post by Diver_C »

I was about to spend $35+ on floats for my strobe arms, but then I found "donut floats" at West Marine for less than $2/each. The holes were initially a little on the small size to fit over the ends of my ultralight strobe arms, but then the holes stretched enough to get over the ends, yet remain tight on the middle. They are made for crab pots by Willapa Marine, and are 3x1/2x1/2". I am very glad to have found them, as my camera system needed more float, but I didn't want to spend, relatively speaking, crazy money to obtain it.

Diving. . . is an active physical form of meditation. It is so silent- You're like a thought.

SOME PEOPLE ARE LIKE SLINKIES. NOT REALLY GOOD FOR
ANYTHING, BUT THEY BRING A SMILE TO YOUR FACE WHEN PUSHED DOWN THE
STAIRS.
