Have you seen the rebreathers they are selling? Talk about "please, kill me . . . "

Downright scary looking. From what I heard, a lot of this stuff "walked off" of old Soviet army bases. I bet it has been well maintained.

Ha, you think thats scary? I would rather dive old Soviet military surplus compared to THIS..

I'd rather take my chances with the rebreather the dude made with junk from the Home Depot than Soviet Surplus. The Home Depot one probably doesn't have any Plutonium in it, and there's ayt least a chance he wasn't loaded on vodka made in someone's bathtub when he assembled it!

The item is in UNDOVE condition, ( it was stocked in russian navy warehouse) but is sold FOR DISPLAY PURPOSES ONLY, nevertheless you can dive with this equipment! It can be used only by professionals, but remember, that you can use it only on your own risk.
It hasn't been dove cause it was probably used at Chernobyl.. :pale:
