The rumors are from a very sound source, or maybe, they spawned from this guy

Well it was a typical Sheahan situation. Something went wrong! It started the other day when I got my din coverter for my 1st stage from the LDS. So I took my regs in to get it swapped out, as well as my new 24" hose for my backup reg. I was setting up my gear and noticed I didn't have the right hose for my inflator! It was my old reg. hose. So I was going to run home to get my other hose. Well that took way longer then I thought cause of traffic so we had to call the dive. I waited around to see if there were any other divers coming, but nope. O well tomorrow is a day full of diving! I let Metal man down...Sorry again!

No biggy man, shit happens. I got to Alki once and realized I had forgot my hood and gloves ](*,) . One of my dive buddies has forgotten his weights several times, nothing like getting all siuted up and then..... uhhh
