Shouldn't this be stapled to the footer of the site, as that's the forum software being used?

I think they deserve the credit, and respect for all of their time (years), making an incredible forum application.

Generally, it has to be manually removed. Most forums I've administered have largely been this and PHPNuke. Both of them have it coded in to their footers.

This template that is used for this site is an altered default template (Which is perfectly fine, and allowed, as it's free and open).
