Although this is a GUE type posting, I hope putting it in diving education is okay...

A few people are taking GUE Fundamentals Aug 21-24. (yes, that's starting next friday for those without a calendar handy)

The infamous Bob Sherwood will be instructing.

As the name is bounced around on the boards, and there are often misconceptions about Fundamentals, I asked if it would be okay to have an evening where those who have questions about GUE, those want to meet their prospective instructor before handing over cold hard cash, or just want a chance to meet the man behind the legend. He thought it was a great idea.

I don't have the time/date yet, but it will likely be down in the Georgetown neighborhood at some pizza place. It will also be listed at http://groups.google.com/group/nwue

(this guy is an amazing instructor! He fixed my double 102 trim issue in 5 min and one dive!!)
