Dive #351 ... Dove w/ the Sharks @ Pt Def. Aquarium!

Post by BASSMAN »

Yay! \:D/ It was as great as I thought it would be!
I got assigned to watch for sharks coming to close to me and the guy behind me, working on the reef!
What an adrenalin rush! Having a 10+ foot Lemon shark sneak up and over me :nervous: as I was watching
the 6+ foot Sand Tiger shark moving in front of me. Dry suit stayed dry and clean! :evil4:
Had a good one hour dive to 12 feet as I watched sharks and other fish swim around. I noticed the Black Tip reef shark's
are a lot like our Dog Fish, as in, they curiously swim up in front of you to check you out and then swim away again.
Some day, I will get a camera, no really, I will.

Your on a dangerous course there! My brother has been working there for a couple of years now and we can't even get into the sound anymore. Spoiled rotten.

Kirby was telling me that the lemon shark went on a killing spree eating up some of the tanks long time residents. Sorry I forgot the animals names. Any new casulties?

Way cool Keith! So when do you start diving with laser pointers??
It's not broken - it's just missing duct tape!
