Re: Golem Gear
Golem wing are some of the toughest well made wings I have ever used. That said I found the singles wing to be way to big for a single 7" tank. The Golem 35lb single wing I used was closer to the size of my doubles wings than the singles wing's I have experience with in the same lift capacity.

Re: What gloves do you wear under your dry gloves?
I use a pair of these and like them a lot. http://www.mountainhardwear.com/Product ... wAll=False
They come in a few thicknesses so I bought a light weight and a mid weight pair. Not cheap but I find the dexterity better than my wool liners.

Re: Alternatives to neck seal
Are you sure a neoprene would not work for you? Most of the people I know that have switched to the neo rave about how comfortable it is for a neck seal. Lasts a lot longer too.

Re: Anyone use a MyFlex 7' reg hose?
I use a 7' and 24" for back gas, 40" for deco bottles, and a 24" for suit inflation. I really like miflex and have switched all my hoses over but one so far. People say the 7' are too floaty but this has not been my experience.

Re: I wonder...
Yes, but don’t the whales have to sink to become shark food, and not wash up on shore? I wonder if all the whales float when they die, or do some sink. I also wonder what they do with a huge rotting whale on our shores, tow it out and dump it? I think some float and some sink depending on species. ...
