Also, Keith and I did oilslick as a night dive. Good stuff! Make sure you leave a light near the ladder, it's pitch black at night :)

Way cool vid!

Definitely, either sword play or foreplay, one of the other.

Great video. Are you using any lighting during this shot or is it all ambient??

Don't have first hand knowledge of Jeremy's vid but I am 99% certain it is ambient light. That's what diving with sunshine and good viz does! :) :partydance:

I figured. Just trying to decide whether it is worth it or not to bring my whole lighting rig along with my camera or not. Since we are bringing the scoots with us, we are pretty tight on baggage weight.

The only thing prohibited in the Marine Park is any spear fishing implement of any kind, (except for 'trained' - park approved - lion fish hunters') gloves, glow sticks, and fishing out to 200 fsw level unless you are an Antillean.

DPV's are fine, and are used more and more.

And frankly, if I knew how to use one, a DPV would be awesome for covering lots of ground and getting a "large" view of the reefs, and for searching for larger critters.

Of course I am a macro kind of guy, which is Bonaire's strong point.
