Harness/webbing not required.

You're over 6ft? Didn't seem like you were any taller than me when we were out on the boat.
Large fits from 6ft up to 6ft 3"
Long fits 6ft 3" to 6ft 6"

I've been diving a size large DSS bp with the plate weights, Eric. I'd be willing to swap for a medium with the weight plates, if you can locate one. Unfortunately, the weight plates are not interchangeable between sizes.
