Back in January I made a 2 tank trip out of the north sound's best of shore diving list. Dive 1 was at Keystone. The vis was mediocre but the diving was ok. Managed to get out around the end of the Jetty for the brief appearance of slack before the super blood wolf eclipse moon ended that idea. Still saw lots of fornicating animals, the usual fish, and a big octo out near the end. We then headed up to Anacortes for a second dive at Skyline. The vis was only about 5 ft until the stronger than predicted current blew us to some better water farther out the channel. There was nothing resembling slack, but luckily the current still switched at the predicted time and blew us casually back into the brown fog. Before we made the turn we ended up in a nice zone full of crimson flowers (didn't find any candy unfortunately). The cuc's were starting to feed again and nudies were plentiful, making the whole dive nice and colorful even with the chocolate milk.
