Post by Jaksonbrown »

I am looking for a couple steel tanks for my wife. Anything over an LP80 would work..

Thanks

I would suggest keeping an eye on craigslist as I found some good deals. It might take some time but something will eventually.

Matt at NWSD has an LP85 and two HP100s on the floor right now, very reasonably priced.

Bookmark this URL http://seattle.craigslist.org/search/sss?query=scuba and use it to search Craig's List several times a day. Right now there are $150 LP-95, and $200 HP100/HP120 tanks available if you are willing to drive a bit. Otherwise it I am sure that your LDS would appreciate some biz.

Craig's List seems to be very active recently. Are people finally getting their Dec. credit card statements or something. I am watching for gear fairly carefully and it seems like there has been a months worth of deals in the last week.

Well I know that some are kinda forced into selling due to unforseen layoff of job. Just a sign of the times I guess.
