Does anybody have one of these that I can borrow? I'm having a hell of a time putting my new gloves on the rings without it!
Thanks!
Thanks!
When he put mine on originally he said that he had to go in back and do it because, "I didn't want to see what a pita it was"....psundquist wrote:A tool isn't needed with 2 people. I don't remember the exact technique but helped Matt @ NWSD replace mine. A youtube video showing how to do it with the mystery tool is located here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J_JWR09pf8A

I'm looking forward to seeing you do that, Bob. It will save me a lot of grief!Grateful Diver wrote:Seriously ... coupla A-clamps and it's simple. I can change the gloves on my DC rings in about two minutes without any additional tools or help ...

That's what I've been using for 3 years. You still need to install the rings on the gloves.scottsax wrote:+1!!Burntchef wrote:switch over to the deep sea neo dry gloves and you will never have that problem again.
So you're saying that after 3 years and hundreds of dives, they can't be expected to last forever? Jeez, man...cardiver wrote:That's what I've been using for 3 years. Hold on. I never said anything about the quality of the gloves. All I did was ask if anyone had a TOOL to install the rings.scottsax wrote:So you're saying that after 3 years and hundreds of dives, they can't be expected to last forever? I got assistance from the lovely and talented Mrs. Sax, who apparently has the grip strength of a longshoreman, because we (she) had no trouble getting them on...
Hmm... the html tag I used didn't seem to work. Spatman, what's the sarcasm font, again?cardiver wrote:Hold on. I never said anything about the quality of the gloves. All I did was ask if anyone had a TOOL to install the rings.
