richard saw something he wants identified... HELP!

Post by SeanKylgod »

this is the best description he could give me...

reddish-orange head, grey-ish body looked like a "cat's tail" was "bushy or spiky looking" zig-zag swimming like a snake would swim, about 6-8 inches long. seen at night @ Harper's Ferry

any ideas?
