ThThTh 5.07.2015

Post by ScubaJess »

Star Date 2015050.7
Mission Long 126
Location Redondo Beach, WA
78 earth minutes
60 feet under salt water

Here's my first ever underwater photo shoot pics! Thanks to the hermit crabs & red Octo for hanging out with me the other night! And to my fantastic dive buddy YellowEye for letting me borrow his camera! Such fascinatingly cute creatures! I hope they live long & prosper!
Also thanks to Scubie Doo & Pogiguy for the company! :eric: :partydance: :pirate: :partyman:

I also went diving this morning at Redondo with greatful diver. It was a blast but viz was not that great! Luckily we went at high tide. We had about 6-10 feet of viz at about 50-70 feet down.
I saw some cute baby rockfish, Octos, stubbies, anemones, lots of hermit crabs & only one shrimp! I also spotted Hoodsport Diver in the parking lot after the dive.

Have a great weekend everyone!
:) ScubaJess

Nice job ScubaJess! Glad you had so much fun!

Also sighted was a baby lumpy on the broad leaf kelp at 40'.

You getting a different camera setup?

Jess, I have the same as Gdog.. great setup.
The ocean is a lousy teacher. First you get a test, then the lesson.

If you are seriously interested, pm me. It is an Olympus EPM-1, 14-42 lens, housing, flat port, 2 batteries, battery charger, and tray with 2 handles. You will need a strobe or two if you want two.
