The ultimate underwater toys

Post by Dusty2 »

If status is tops and price doesn't matter these are the ultimate scooters! Divable to 40 meters. But they are deffinatly a look but don't look at the sticker item! For a real James Bond ride check out the magnum limited edition complete with sonar, navagation system and a whole lot more.

There are several cool vids here http://www.seabob.com/en/index.html

Forget that, did you see some of the top speeds? Hang on to your mask.... It does look like fun though....

Wow, that thing is pretty quick! Imagine monkey diving it!! :smt119

It's much faster pulling a free-diver. A diver with scuba gear appears to be about on par with a cuda. Perhaps there are different speeds? I'm guessing they're pretty close...

You wouldn't be wearing a drysuit somewhere you were flying that thing.

Yeah - bring about 4 extra masks and just have them on your arm for ease of grabbing.

Your arms are going to get really tired. Looks fun though.

For the higher speeds they employ a hraness system similar to whats used in winsurfing or kiteboarding. Also the mask he was wearing in the video looked pretty streamlined.

Without the harness I imagine it would be pretty hard to hold on to that thing and equalize your ears while diving straight down at 5 knots :smt119
