Saturday June 24 dive @ Cove 3 - 5pm
Is anyone down to go diving around 10am on Saturday? I'm thinking 2 tanks. The weather should be nice, slack is at 10:45.

Okay, I just heard from my fellow DM candidate and we decided to do our mapping project of Cove 3. Nailer, are you able to help? If so then we'll go for 5pm, if not then it'll be 3. Seargent Pepper, you're welcome to come along just to dive, but just know ahead of time that we'll be running a reel and measuring some distances.

Yeah, sure- I'll be there by 5; earlier if I can, and I'd be happy to help out. No problem getting in the water right away- I'm usually bobbing around in the shallows waiting for everyone else so I can stay cool!
One question: is there anything TO map at cove 3? I've dived 1 and 2, and I know there's at least some terrain and features at both of them, so I have a decent idea how to go about putting stuff like that on a grid with depths and such, but if there's nothing there, do we just show depths and distances/ bearings to those depths, like a contour map?

AAArrrrgh- my bad- I can't do tomorrow- I have other plans I forgot about. I can do Sunday, though, if you don't finish, or if you can reschedule.
Sorry, Calvin- I really wanted to help out with this one.

Pepper you haven't been dinged twice, you just make everything so confusing or show up late or don't have the gear or what ever, but get lights and it will happen.
